Since graduating, I’ve faced this question many times. I’ve spent the last twenty years in the software industry, working in various roles with increasing responsibilities, across different sectors, and collaborating with multicultural, often globally distributed teams.

Precisely because there’s no simple answer to this question, I decided to create this space—to share thoughts, experiences, failures, and best practices I’ve gathered over two decades in the field.

Choosing a software consulting firm to entrust with critical parts of your project is never easy. Today, the options are numerous, often hard to evaluate, and time is rarely on your side. That’s one reason why I believe reading the perspective of someone who has repeatedly faced these decisions—often under tight deadlines—can be helpful.
